We took Ethan out to the Illinois Railway Museum in Union Illinois for the Day Out With Thomas event. It was fun. As soon as we got there he heard the whistle and almost panicked when he didn't immediately see the trains. We got to ride a train in cars pulled by Thomas the Tank Engine himself for 20 mins, meet Sir Topham Hatt, and see a lot of old electric and diesel engines. There were songs and cotton candy, popcorn, balloons, merchandise, arts and crafts, and Cuppy the Clown.
